He is survived by: his parents, Conley Frederick and Myrna Frederick; his siblings, Dawn Frederick Vincent, Shauri Frederick and Brett Frederick (Olivia); his grandmother Zula Hebert Frederick; and his godchildren, Noah Richard and Isla Frederick. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
