It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Suire Touchet (Kaplan, Louisiana), who passed away on December 15, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sons, Wayne Bergeron and Kenny Bergeron; her grandson Lance Bergeron; her parents, Avery Suire and Ida Trahan; and her brothers, Noah Suire and Clyde Suire.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Touchet; her daughters, Darlene (Lloyd Cancienne) of Thibodeaux and Kim (Bertis Brown) of Pitkin; her stepchildren, Peggy (Leroy Rodriguez) of Eunice, Felicia Frederick of Mandeville and Phillip Touchet, Jr. of Mandeville; and her brothers, Clayton Suire of Maurice, Pervis Suire of Forked Island, Stanley Suire of Breaux Bridge and Lester Suire of Breaux Bridge. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren; and her seven great grandchildren.
