He is survived by: his wife Nancy Mire of Kaplan; his children, Ronnie Mire of Duson, Aaron Mire (Chantel LeBlanc) of Abbeville and Desiree Leger (Michael Leger) of Abbeville; his grandchildren, Jean-Luc Mire, Elijah Mire, Braylen Mire, Isabella Leger, Aaliyah Mire, Logan Leger, Coleson Mire and Jackson Leger; and his stepgrandchildren, James and Paisley Price.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church (600 Church Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (152 Veterans Dr, Kaplan, LA 70548).
