He was predeceased by: his father Mallan Stelly; his nephew Brock "B. J." Stelly; and his great-niece Makayla. He is survived by: his sister Lorie "Pizza" Stelly; his mother Ellen Rose Marceaux; his siblings, Derrall "Noon" Stelly (Donna), Mallan "Shawee" Stelly Jr. (Tracey) of Forked Island, Barbara Bourque (Sonny), Christina Miller (Charlie), Eva Gaspard (Donald) of Forked Island and Kathryn "Kathy" Gayneaux (Joe) of Henry; his children, Misty Touchet (Scott), Tiffany Stelly of Forked Island and Richard "Richie" Stelly of Forked Island; and his grandchildren, Josie Touchet, Andrus Touchet, Lane Demette, Bryce Stelly, Ahni Stelly, Brant Stelly, Wyatt Hargrave, Maverick and Lux Gastal. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
