He is survived by: his parents, Raywood Faulk and Marie Nolia Faulk of Kaplan; his son Kip Alexandre Faulk; his daughter-in-law Ashley; his granddaughters, Lily, Addyson, Cecile and Katherine of Scott; his brother Jody Faulk; his sister-in-law Beth; his nephews, Shane, Jake and Dylan of Kaplan; his brother Neil Faulk; his sister-in-law Veronica; his niece Jolie of Lake Charles; his brother Dennis Faulk; his sister-in-law Kathy; and his nephews, Matthew and Britt of Kaplan. He is also survived by his four granddaughters.
