He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam "Perook" Faulk and Enix Hebert; and his siblings, Harris Faulk and Hazel Faulk Stelly. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Broussard Faulk of Kaplan; his children, Randall J. Faulk (Ramona) of Kaplan, Raenell (Ricky Frederick) of Kaplan and Lisa (Tony Matthew) of Kaplan; his sister Mildred Faulk Landry of Kaplan; his grandchild Heidi O.; his husband Lance Broussard of Scott; his stepgrandchildren, Blaine Matthew, Beth Savoie, Brent Bellon, Amanda Doucet and Roman Bellon; his great grandchild Sophia Kate Faulk; and also Bradley Faulk (Alexis) of Kaplan.
