She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Annie Abshire. She is survived by: her son Terrance Hardy; her grandchildren, Trevor Quave, Emily Hardy, Sadie Hardy and Zoe Hardy; her father Larry Abshire; and her siblings, Ruddy Guidry, Joan Gauthier, Anthony Abshire and Robin Abshire.
