He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa Mae Gaspard; his parents, Lozan Gaspard and Lucille Hargrave; his siblings, Marie Hoffpauir, Nelson and Ronald Gaspard; and his son-in-law Kelly Hernandez.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Gaspard (Eva) of Forked Island, Jamie Gaspard (Tammy) of Cow Island, Norma Hernandez of Kaplan, Patricia Bertrand (Raywood) of Kaplan, Rebecca Miller (Marcus) of Kaplan and Cagney Trahan (Lucas) of Kaplan; and his siblings, Loraine Breaux of Kaplan, Jeannete Hargrave of Nunez, Rose LeMaire of Cow Island, Diana Guidry of Cow Island and Allen Gaspard of Cow Island. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Vincent Funeral Home (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A rosary will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (152 Veterans Dr, Kaplan, LA 70548).
