He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Suire Touchet; his parents, Semar Touchet and Alix LeBlanc; and his sister Marie Touchet Abshire. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Touchet, Jr. of Mandaville, Peggy (Leroy Rodriquez) of Eunice and Felicia Frederick of Mandeville; his stepchildren, Darlene (Lloyd Cancienne) of Thibodeaux and Kim (Bertis Brown) of Pitkin; and his siblings, Shirley Thibodeaux of Kaplan, Zula Perry of Kaplan and Arville Touchet of Cow Island. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
