He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Mia "Kat" Trahan; his parents, Opha Trahan and Lula Trahan; and his brothers, Ritter, Leo, Marion and Lyman Trahan.
He is survived by: his wife Myrtis L. Trahan of Kaplan; his children, Kendrick Trahan (Mary Beth) of Kaplan, Chris Trahan (Nancy) of Abbeville and Sandie T. Domingue (David) of Kaplan; his grandchildren, Lauren Hebert (Scot) of Kaplan, Laina Saltzman of Kaplan and Brooke Domingue of Kaplan; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Grant Saltzman and Carter Hebert; and his sister Della Schexnayder of Breaux Bridge.
