She is survived by: her children, Randall Faulk (Ramona) of Kaplan, Reanell Frederick (Ricky) of Kaplan and Lisa Matthew (Tony) of Kaplan; her grandchildren, Heidi Broussard (Lance) of Lafayette and Bradley Faulk (Alexis) of Kaplan; her stepgrandchildren, Blaine Matthew, Beth Savoie, Brent Bellon, Amanda Doucet and Roman Bellon; and her great grandchild Sophia Faulk.
