He was predeceased by: his former wife Faye Guidry; his parents, Clovis Guidry and Leah Abshire; and his brothers, Odese, Burnace and Cleopha Guidry.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Guidry of Kaplan; his daughter Khristina (Marc Touchet) of Erath; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Touchet of Erath; his stepchildren, Amanda of Kaplan and Justin Hebert of Kaplan; and his stepgrandchildren, Hayden Picard of Kaplan and Jax Hebert of Kaplan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A rosary was held on Tuesday, October 29th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church (600 Church Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A burial was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery (1316 American Legion Rd, Kaplan, LA 70548).
