He was predeceased by: his sons, Merlin Jr. of New Iberia, Taryll Mouton of Kaplan and O'Shea of Abbeville. He is survived by: his grandsons, Dominic Mouton, Hassan "Max" Mouton and Jaylen O'Brien; his daughters-in-law, Shari Suby and Tarsha O'Brien; his grandchildren, Victoria, Rachelle and Roderick of Houston, Texas; his aunt Annie Huntsberry of Abbeville, LA; and his uncle Surley Wade Broussard of Kaplan, LA.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
