He was predeceased by: his parents, Gretney Francis and Marcelie Minnick; and his siblings, Lorena Thibeaux, Rosanna Jackson, Mary Troy, Beatrice Bias, Paul Francis and Clarence Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Annabell Francis; his daughters, Gaynell (Paul Kimble) and Edith Marie Francis (Renard DeMangeaux); his grandchildren, Jardin (Harold Register III), Jennifer Kimble and Briona Kimble; and his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Cartar and Koryn Register. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and one son.
In observance of the current mandate, John's family asks everyone in attendance to please wear a mask and practice social distancing.
