He is survived by: his wife Zula Ann Foster Capps; his sons, Thomas Capps (Tiffany) of Broussard, Gerald Capps (Amy) of Maurice and David Capps (Clifford) of Lafayette; and his grandchildren, Mason Capps, Gabrielle Capps, Isabelle Capps and Annabel Capps.
