He was predeceased by: his wife Dainty Hardin Bourque; his parents, Murphy J Bourque and Electa Sturlese Bourque; and his siblings, Eugene Collins, Norman Wilmer, Donald James, David Wayne Bourque, Catherine Miller and Patricia Harrington.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Mona Hebert (Geoffrey), Irma White (Michael), Bonnie Wainwright (Walter) and Kimberly Vincent (Sandy); and his siblings, Jesse Warren Bourque, Helen Stanisky, Veronica Touchet (Glenn), Ruby Bourque and Judy Shipperbottom. He is also survived by siblings as his children.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
