He was predeceased by: his parents, Alpha Broussard and Edolie Broussard; and his siblings, Marvin Broussard, Lawrence Broussard and Mavin Hux.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline C. Broussard of Pecan Island; his daughter Iris Broussard of Pecan Island; his granddaughter Pamela (Anthony Langlinais) of Forked Island; his great grandchildren, Brennan Mire (Gabrielle), Wyatt Roy and Caitlin Roy of Forked Island; his great great grandchildren, Zylen Mire, Isaac Roy and Aiden Roy; and his sister Velma "Papoose" Doland of Grand Chenier.
