He is survived by: his children, Ernest Gaspard, Jr. of Kaplan, Danny Paul Gaspard of Kaplan, Odelia (Jerrid Morgan) of Crowley, Lisa Ann Gaspard of Lafayette and Patricia (Carlos Rivas) of Maurice; his sister Cecile Fontenot of Kaplan; and his grandchildren, Justin Gaspard, Cory Gaspard and Zachary Gaspard.
