He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Frany" Humble; his parents, Edward Humble and Gussie Broussard; and his stepfather Curtis Primeaux. He is survived by: his son Eldridge "Sonny" Humble Jr. of Kaplan; and his siblings, Kevin Primeaux of Kaplan, Linda Humble Wiesendanger (John) of Kaplan, Leona Humble DePerrodil of Gueydan and Carissa Primeaux Abshire (Herbert) of New Iberia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vincent Funeral Home (300 N Eleazar Ave, Kaplan, LA 70548). A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (152 Veterans Dr, Kaplan, LA 70548).
