He was predeceased by: his son Larry Mire; his parents, Theonis Mire and Olite Mire; and his siblings, Elton, Ellis, Chop, Bob, Lloyd Mire, Olite Romero and Helen Broussard.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Mire of Kaplan; his children, Randall Mire (Beverly) of Kaplan and Cheryl Suire (Weston) of Kaplan; and his brothers, Harry Mire of Kaplan and Harris Mire of Kaplan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
