He is survived by: his mother Elzie Louise Touchet Oberland; his wife Kay Bihm Richard; his grandchildren, Steffan Mouton, Jewlie Mouton, Angel Mcintyre, Connor Wallace, Kaelyn Perron, Chaz Frey and Vivien Mouton; his children, Kaleb Mouton, Keisha Perron and Kiera Frey; and his brother Lonnie James Richard.
