It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Trahan of Kaplan, Louisiana, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Roy Joseph Viator, Sr.; her husband Maxie Paul Trahan; her daughter Mary Bonin; her grandson Scott Bonin; her parents, Albert Hulin and Marie Landry; and her brothers, Gene and Paul Hulin.
She is survived by: her children, Roy J. Viator, Jr. of New Iberia and Elizabeth Harrington of Nunez; and her sister Marie Formenthal of Berwick. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren; her 14 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
