He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Trahan and Elia Broussard; and his siblings, Andrew Trahan, Issac Doucet, Eula Mae Harrington and Adele Hardy.
He is survived by: his wife Gussie LeBlanc Trahan of Kaplan; his children, Larry Trahan (Charlene) of Abbeville and Doris (Gail LeMaire) of Kaplan; his grandsons, Kent LeMaire, Doyle LeMaire, Brady Trahan, Jacob Trahan and Chad Trahan; and his siblings, Sable (Cliff Lasalle) of Kaplan, Dudley Trahan (Dolores) of Maurice and Douglas Trahan of Maurice. He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren, his two great-great grandchildren.
