With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bobby Joseph Hamlett (Kaplan, Louisiana), who passed away on February 25, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly Hamlett; his parents, Alto Hamlett and Delta Hamlett; and his siblings, Alto Buddy Hamlett, Julia Aucoin, Dorothy Roberts, Zora Marshall and Mary Simmons.
He is survived by: his siblings, Violet Hamlett Hurst (Donald) of Baton Rouge and Steven Hamlett (Janet) of Sunset; and his godsons, Jordan Hamlett and Justin Shafer. He is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.
