He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Bim" Carlos Dubus and Ozite Landry; and his nephew John "Trey" Carlos Dubus III. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Mouton; his children, Julie Marie Dubus, Dennis John Dubus and Jason Paul Dubus; his brother John Carlos Dubus II (Faye Dubus); his niece Tracie Dubus Gibson; and his nephew Trent Dubus. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
