He is survived by: his wife Coudray Touchet Monceaux; his children, Janet Menard (Rodney) of Forked Island, Cindy Menard (Roy) of Forked Island, Melissa Gaspard (Joe) of Kaplan, Wanda Stelly (late Jeromy) of Cow Island, Marsha Thibodaux (Elic) of Kaplan and Marshall Monceaux of Kaplan; his sisters, Zelma M Landry of Abbeville and Joyce M Touchet of Kansas; and his goddaughters, Linda Moody, Patricia Touchet, Caroline Corley and Poppy. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
