He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Brown Sr. and Elnora Mitchell (Black); and his son Richard Brown III. He is survived by: his wife Joyce J. Brown; his children, Mardy Brown, Sean Brown (Danielle), Daniel Brown, Sherrie Littlejohn (Michael), Narris Robin (Rod) and Tara Brown; his grandchildren, Kourtnie Jones (Joseph), Khadijah L'Herrise, Christina Littlejohn, Kaylee R. Brown, Sean, Ianna and Zachary Brown; his great grandchildren, Madison Rose and Nova; and his siblings, Douglas Johnnie, Patrick Johnnie, Sandra, Sallie Cornelio, Janis Rutland, Vera Landry and Hilda Clark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, church family and coworkers.
