He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ulysses Sr. Gauthreaux and Florence Geason Gauthreaux; his wife Joyce Dickerson Gauthreaux; his daughters, Maria (Kenny Chatman) and Yolanda (Mark Peters); his grandson Jeremy (Jessica Chatman); his great grandchildren, Landon, Gavin, Jaxon, Jalen Chatman and Camila Gauthreaux; his siblings, Wilhelmina Landry, Mabel Gauthreaux, Geraldine Dickerson, Roberta Duronslet, Florence Harvey, Deacon Edward Gauthreaux, Sr. (Gloria) and Ronald Gauthreaux, Sr. (Denise); his sisters-in-law, JoAnn and Cynthia Gauthreaux; and his godson Sidney Jones, Jr.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
