He is survived by: his wife Linda Franklin Higginbotham; his children, Brittany Lucas (Dennis) and Brandon Higginbotham (Ashley); his grandchildren, Spencer Coleman, Tanner Higginbotham, Taylor Higginbotham, Molli Coleman and Chloe Higginbotham; and his siblings, Gladys Wiley, Clarence Higginbotham, Herman Wiley and Allen Wiley (Barbara). He is also survived by numerous brother-n-laws, sister-n-laws, nieces, nephews and mother-n-law.
