He is survived by: his daughter Penny Jo Wiggins; his grandchildren, Dewey, Brennan Wiggins, Andrew Taylor and LeAnn Musgrove (Brent); his great grandchildren, Slater Wiggins, Chase and Conner Musgrove; and his niece Sherry Watts Stafford.
