She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joe, Mary Franklin, Robert and Joyce Rollins; and her mother Shirley Franklin Fontenot.

She is survived by: her children, Lauren Mayo, Brayden Mayo and Nevaeh Barker; her stepfather Author Fontenot; and her siblings, Jimmy Franklin of James Barker, II, Mellissa, Justin Barker, Macy, Taylor Barker and Hayley Barker.
