He was predeceased by: his parents, Laverne Book and Janie Book; and his sister-in-law Lanette Book. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Kenney Book (Ressie) and Houston Book (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Meagan Book, Ariana Dulworth (Willis), Lacee Knapp (Hunter), Hunter Book (Loren) and Kellie Book; his great grandchildren, Collin Dulworth, Eden Dulworth, Laken Dulworth, Colter Creel, Sophie Knapp, River Knapp, Wyatt Book and Waylan Book; and his siblings, Jean Harvey (Runnie), Layne Book, Kathy Adams (Jackie), Beverly LaPrairie (Wallace) and Pat Book (Georgette). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
