She was predeceased by: her father John Bowen Hays; and her grandparents, John, Dorothy Hays (Courtney), Horace and Amboline Jordan (Wheatly).

She is survived by: her mother Carole Jeanette Hays (Jordan); her siblings, John Hays, Craig Hays (Jacque), Sean Arter (Jeremy), Stacey Huckaby (Monty) and Shelley Suire (Russell); her niece Crystal Hays Fox (Jeremy); her great-nieces, Macie Fox and Maelyn Fox; and her friends, Kay and David Jackson.
