He was predeceased by: his parents, Levon Hershel and Hazel Grace Martin; his wife Hazel Ann Crawley; and his brother Bo (Bill Phillips). He is survived by: his son Scott (Jeanna); his grandsons, Daniel, Jonathan (Miya), Andrew (Fernanda) and Stephen (JoJo); his great grandchildren, Joy, Marisol, Justus and Hazel Mae; and his sister Liz Robinson.
