He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lee Culpepper and Dianne Culpepper (Kirkley); and his siblings, Steven Culpepper and Jennifer Westbrook (Culpepper). He is survived by: his wife Telena Culpepper (Holland); his son Todd Droddy (Jessica); his grandchildren, Darin Allen, Layla Droddy and Sophie Droddy; his siblings, Jeanie Nugent (Raymond) and Mark Culpepper (Anne); and his siblings-in-law, Tina Pierce (Frank), Judy Robertson (Chucky), Jamie Holland (Kim) and Tommy Holland (Heather). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
