He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Smith and Louise Bates; and his grandparents, Rob Masters and Maggie Caskey Masters. He is survived by: his wife Liz Smith of Jonesboro, LA; his children, Shelly (Jim Griggs) of Denham Springs, LA and Greg Smith (Rhonda) of Georgetown, TX; his grandchildren, Drew Leach (Lisa), Madyson Smith and Karlee Smith; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Leach and Nathan Leach.
