John Savage Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Savage (Jonesboro, Louisiana), who passed away on March 15, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Savage to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Carole Savage; his children, John Robert Savage and Beverly Ann Savage; his parents, John Wesley and Ella Ruth Savage (Moffett); and his sister Johnnie Reeves.

He is survived by: his wife Nell Savage; his daughter Mary Lynn McBride (Rickey); his stepchild Lisa Thompson of Mitch Thompson; his grandchildren, Jeffrey McBride (Rebecca), Jennifer Tolar (Nick), Jill Cordaro (Joseph) and Keith Thompson (Susan); his great grandchildren, Andrew McBride, Emma Kate McBride, Davis Tolar, Cole Tolar, Bryce Tolar, Airiana Cordaro, Alexandra Cordaro and Zachary Thompson; and his sister Oleta Haile. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that a donation be made the Shriner Children's Hospital.
