She was predeceased by: her brothers, Bobbie Crawley, Buddy Crawley, Alton Crawley and Ben Crawley. She is survived by: her son Scott (Jeanna); her grandsons, Daniel, Jonathan (Miya), Andrew and Stephen (Jojo); and her siblings, Claudean Kennedy, Betty Hall (Emmett) and Bert Crawley.
Hazel fought a brave and determined battle with Alzheimers for 6 years.
