He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah, Sr. Pepper and Louise Pepper (Mayes); and his sister Ann Litton. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Pepper (Rape); his sons, Steve Pepper (Gloria) and David Pepper (Becky); and his siblings, Mary Lou Pepper, Gerald Pepper and Noah Pepper, Jr.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
