He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Sullivan and Christine Sullivan; and his sister Louise Burnett. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sullivan; his children, Shea Sullivan (Lelani) and Stacy (Gary Bergeon); and his sister Pauline Lochala. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
