It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Annie Louise Elkins of Jonesboro, Louisiana, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Elkins; her parents, Garlon Dee Heflin and Stella Gay Heflin (Stewart); and her great grandchild Lyla Hope Palermo. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Wells of Leesville, Linda McCready of Jonesboro and Randy Elkins (Beverly) of Spring, Texas; her grandchildren, Danny Bryant, Travis Bryant (Sara) and Wendy Walker (Bo); her children, David Elkins (Stephanie) and Leigh Ann Palermo (Brent); and her sisters, Mary Sue Goodloe and Lois Wilke. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you donate to the Baptist Children's Home or St. Jude's in Annie's name.
