She is survived by: her husband Johnny Wink; her sons, Cory Mulhearn (Kayla Sampognaro), Colby Mulhearn (Kendall) and Casey Mulhearn; her grandchildren, Cooper Thomas Mulhearn and Sutton Jane Mulhearn; her parents, Ed Pettis and Virginia Pettis; her brother Rick Pettis; and her brother-in-law Jimmy Wink (Carol) of Meridian, MS. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter.
