He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Ann Knox Williams; his parents, Dovward Travis Williams and Mary Paul Dunn Williams; his great grandchild Bryce Bayles; his brother Dovward Eugene "Bo" Williams; and his brother-in-law Bill Richardson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Armstrong (Jim) and Cheryl Williams; his siblings, Mike Williams, Barbara Richardson and Deborah Williams; his sister-in-law Nancy Williams; his grandchildren, Kristi Armstrong, Jennifer Breehne (Jeremy), Sean Warren, Lee Ann McQuillin (Timothy) and Joshua Warren; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Colin, Kennedy, Christian, Allie and Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
