He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jenkins and Esthey Spencer; his former wife Mary Louise Seeley Jenkins; his sons, Willard Jenkins, Sr. and Jamal Jenkins; and his siblings, Albert Jenkins Sr., Leonard Jenkins, Louis Jenkins Sr., Mildred Shepard, Ana Lee Dixon, Tessie Addison and Eunice Jenkins.

He is survived by: his wife Katina Lynn Daniels Jenkins; his children, Loren Jenkins (Kara) of Elkgrove, CA, John Weber of Jennings, LA, BreAnn Davis of Jennings, LA and Maloni Daniels of Hinesville, GA; and his grandchildren, Brendon Jenkins of Sacramento, CA and Tristin Jenkins (Emily) of Sacramento, CA..
