He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Hebert; his sister Carolyn Gary; and also Mavis LeJeune. He is survived by: his father Jeffery Hebert of Jennings, LA; his wife Gayle Gonthier Hebert of Jennings, LA; his children, Diana Hebert of New Orleans, LA, Kristine Richard (Bart) of Jennings, LA and Timothy Dylan Hebert Aguilar (Arturo) of Ringold, GA; and his granddaughter Luxie Richard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & friends.
