With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Skyler Kent Gatte of Jennings, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2024 at the age of 39. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Skyler Kent Gatte to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father Michael Cloud; his grandparents, Winona, Joe Cloud, Mary and Ray Daigle; and his niece Mia Lopez.

He is survived by : his child Ellie Nunez (Skylynn Gatte); his mother Susan Daigle Smith; and his siblings, Cody Gatte, Shawn LaComb, Kecia Lapoint (Jimmy), Heather Gatte, Alicia Charpentier (Job), Miranda Gatte, Michelle LaComb, Ashley Cloud and Sheila Daigle. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great -nephews, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Semien-Lewis Mortuary (819 N State St, Jennings, LA 70546). A burial was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1204 Roberts Ave, Jennings, LA 70546).
