He was predeceased by: his parents, Ardes Prejean and Amelia Prejean; and his siblings, Mattie Netek, Ida Guiry, Hilda Johnson, Helen Hebert, Nola Doucet, Dora Doucet, Verna Mae Miller, Betty Abernathy, Johnny Prejean, Claude Prejean, Emile Frank Prejean, Nalton Prejean, Lawrence Prejean and Rodney Prejean.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Lasage Prejean; his children, Randal Prejean (Traci) and Rhonda Jewell (Frank); his sister Frances Sabyl; and his grandchildren, Maegan Finley (John) and Allison Prejean.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Miguez Funeral Home (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Miguez Funeral Home - Jennings (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A burial was held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:15 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1355 Evangeline Hwy, Jennings, LA 70546).
