It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shawn Prejean of Jennings, Louisiana, born in Crowley, Louisiana, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Joseph Prejean; and his grandmother Ethel Broussard. He is survived by: his mother Brenda Faye Moore; his wife Tiffaney Vincent Prejean; his children, Harlie Guidry, Shawn Prejean, Jr., Ethan Vincent and Dylan Vincent; and his siblings, Angie Richard, Shane Prejean, Shannon Prejean and Shad Moore. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Miguez Funeral Home - Jennings (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A prayer was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Lakeview Cemetery.
