He is survived by: his wife Sarah Billingsley Shultz; his daughters, Kelly Shultz Low of Edmond, OK and Laurie Shultz Drukteinis (Martin Le Sieur) of Baton Rouge, LA; his sister Barbara Graf of Little Rock, AR; his sister-in-law Monika Shultz; his grandchildren, Casey Druga, Will Low (Sara), Holly Low (San) and Pierce Low (Emma); and his great grandchildren, Finley Druga and Allison Low.
