He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duplice Young (Joe) and Deanna Young; his brothers, Danny Young (Suzanne) and Bernie Young; his nephew Cody Young (Nicole); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cortlin Young (Macie), Tate Lopez, Abby and Alix Schexnider (Morgan); and also, Beckett "Bucket" Young, Cohen Schexnider and Lennon Guthrie.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Miguez Funeral Home - Jennings (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A rosary was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (5505 Pine Island Hwy, Jennings, LA 70546). A burial was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Lawrence Community Cemetery (5505 Pine Island Hwy, Jennings, LA 70546).
